How to Practice

Mental Screen Visualization

Imagine a screen in front of you where you project your goals, solutions, or desired outcomes. Visualize them in vivid detail while in alpha state.

The Mirror of the Mind

Visualize two mirrors. The left shows your current situation, the right shows your desired outcome. Move from left to right, programming positive change.

Three Fingers Technique

Touch thumb, index, and middle finger together while in alpha state. This creates an anchor you can use anytime to instantly recall information or access intuition.
